Life’s Journey is a reminiscence kit for seniors and older adults that uses large-format poster cards to prompt conversation and personal storytelling. Each poster features a visual on the front and discussion questions on the reverse, giving facilitators a ready-made starting point for reminiscence sessions.
How it can be used
The discussion questions on the back of each card support structured conversation in both one-to-one and small group settings. The A3 format makes the images easy to view, which is particularly helpful when working with people living with dementia or those with low vision.
