How to run the session
Allow around 15 minutes to set up. Participants plan their tile layout directly on the coaster, then apply adhesive with a spreader and press tiles into place. The activity runs for roughly 45 to 60 minutes and suits groups of 4 to 12, working individually or in pairs. Finished coasters can be kept, displayed, or wrapped as gifts.
- Individual coasters: Each participant receives one ceramic coaster and a selection of tiles. They arrange their own colour pattern before committing to the adhesive, which allows for planning and adjustment without pressure.
